On September 27th, we had our Fourth Group Art Exhibition and our One Year Anniversary Celebration at Heart & Soul Pilates Studio and Gallery Space. Marie and I are so grateful to all those who helped us celebrate.
The show entitled, REPETITION is pretty much self explanatory but for us the idea of REPETITION explains the Pilates work we do everyday, the thought behind growing our business and a defining thread that connects all the amazing work that was shown and is still up for the next few months.
The show featured local and Seattle based artists, including, Ann Murphy, Alexis Callender, Allison Hawkins, Hans Hermann Viets, Sarah Paul Ocampo, Jesse Gelaznik, and Russell Williams.
If you click on the below link you will see the process behind the 14,000 post-it note installation by Russell Williams. The installation took approximately 32 hours to complete in the studio and many hours in preparation. The piece is alive and breathing on our walls and we are pleased to present to our clients and friends in the community.

We will be having our fourth group art opening and one year anniversary celebration at Heart & Soul Pilates Studio and Gallery Space.
